Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking available
- Great for non-urgent orders
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our archery equipment, but understand that sometimes gear needs to be returned. Our policy is designed with archers in mind.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used protective gear (arm guards, chestguards, gloves, finger tabs)
- Opened arrow lube containers
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
- Books with removed shrink-wrap
How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for authorization (typically within 2 business days). We’ll email you return instructions.
Step 3: Securely package the items using the original packaging. For bows and delicate equipment, we recommend additional padding.

Note: For international returns (excluding some Asian and remote regions), you’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
- International refunds will be issued in USD
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged equipment or incorrect items:

- Include photos of the damaged item/package and a description of the issue
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
