Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for bows and cases)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used protective gear (arm guards, chestguards, gloves, finger tabs)
- Opened arrow lube containers
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
- Books with removed shrink-wrap
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items using the original packaging. For bows and delicate equipment, we recommend additional padding.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for traceability
